Patience is an important concept in management. Patience is active, not passive. Waiting for the difficulties to pass is the state of being able to let go of the flow. In all my experiences, I see that the subject of patience is important. In fact, life teaches us patience, if we resist not learning, we experience and learn until we learn. I believe, It is an important development area in managerial area.
Human beings differ from other creatures in their way of communicating. Communication systems in other living creatures are closed systems with limited number of messages that can be transmitted. However, people have the ability to create an unlimited set of expressions with their advanced communication skills. However, the ability to create an unlimited number of messages alone does not mean a lot. Communication occurs only when the message is understood and processed by the recipient. The process of making sense of an unlimited number of messages is a complex process in which many different factors come together.
The fact that managers in the corporate world act with awareness of networking serves their success. The manager, who has a strong networking competence, provides information flow, learns different perspectives, is open to experiences, business opportunities and innovations, and gets stronger in providing suggestions to companies he works with, creating added value.
For managers, asking a strong question is an important skill. Managers, who do not know how to ask strong questions, draw a profile that takes the job on their own, tries to find their own solution to each question and problem, give reason, guide and crush them after a while.
