The process of making sense of an unlimited number of messages is a complex process in which many different factors come together.

The manager, who has a strong networking competence, provides information flow, learns different perspectives, is open to experiences, business opportunities and innovations, and gets stronger in providing suggestions to companies he works with, creating added value.
