Servant Leadership

There is an effective form of management that we often hear about today: servant leadership. The term servant leadership, first used by Robert Greenleaf in his article The Servant as Leader in 1970, refers to a form of management where leaders are servants of their subordinates before their superiors, in other words, they put the development and welfare of the governed before their own needs.
