g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc engelleyici kulakl\u0131klara, sessiz toplant\u0131 odalar\u0131na ve dijital ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f alanlar\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131yor.\\n\\nBug\u00fcn beyaz yakal\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck l\u00fcks\u00fc bazen yaln\u0131zca \u015fudur: Kesintisiz 20 dakika boyunca tek bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye odaklanabilmek. Tam da bu noktada \u015firketlerin \u00e7o\u011funun h\u00e2l\u00e2 yeterince \u00f6nemsemedi\u011fi stratejik bir alan ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor:\\n\\nKurumsal Ses Stratejisi.\\n\\nAncak burada konu yaln\u0131zca \u201cofiste m\u00fczik yay\u0131n\u0131 yapmak\u201d de\u011fildir.\\nHatta \u00e7o\u011fu \u015firketin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck hata tam olarak budur:\\nKonuyu fazla basitle\u015ftirmek.\\n\\nOysa kurumsal ses stratejisi; psikoloji, n\u00f6robilim, davran\u0131\u015f y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimi, bili\u015fsel performans ve marka alg\u0131s\u0131yla do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131, \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 bir y\u00f6netim alan\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle her \u015firkete uygulanabilecek tek bir do\u011fru model yoktur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir yat\u0131r\u0131m bankas\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu akustik yap\u0131 ile bir reklam ajans\u0131n\u0131n, bir teknoloji \u015firketinin ya da bir spor medya grubunun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 tamamen farkl\u0131d\u0131r.
