Bug\u00fcn kurumsal hayat\u0131n en az konu\u015fulan ama en yayg\u0131n problemlerinden biri tam da burada ba\u015fl\u0131yor: \u00f6\u011frenmeyen organizasyonlar. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u015fler, toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131l\u0131r, raporlar haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Her \u015fey sistemli ve kontroll\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr. Ancak ayn\u0131 sorunlar, farkl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131klar alt\u0131nda yeniden ve yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.\\n\\nBir\u00e7ok kurumda problemler detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde analiz edilir, k\u00f6k nedenler tespit edilir ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirilir. Oysa bilgi, \u00f6\u011frenmenin sadece ilk ad\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fmiyorsa, karar alma bi\u00e7imi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyorsa ve ayn\u0131 refleksler devam ediyorsa, ortada ger\u00e7ek bir \u00f6\u011frenmeden s\u00f6z edilemez.\\n\\nKurumsal yap\u0131larda tekrar eden hatalar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri, sistemlerin de\u011fil yaln\u0131zca sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00f6netilmesidir. \u015eirketler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ya\u015fanan problemi \u00e7\u00f6zer ama o problemi \u00fcreten yap\u0131y\u0131 sorgulamaz. Nakit ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 zay\u0131f olan bir \u015firket, bir projede zorlan\u0131r, sonra ba\u015fka bir projede ayn\u0131 zafiyetle yeniden kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Organizasyonel belirsizlikler giderilmez, sadece ertelenir. Ancak b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayn\u0131 sorunlar \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkiyle geri d\u00f6ner. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sistem de\u011fi\u015fmeden sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.\\n\\nBir di\u011fer kritik unsur ise kurum i\u00e7indeki sorumluluk ve g\u00fcven k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Hata oldu\u011funda bir\u00e7ok organizasyon refleks olarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek yerine sorumlu aramaya y\u00f6nelir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda savunma mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 tetikler. \u0130nsanlar hatay\u0131 sahiplenmek yerine a\u00e7\u0131klamaya, gerek\u00e7elendirmeye ya da g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir ortamda ger\u00e7ek \u00f6\u011frenme de\u011fil, yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczeysel d\u00fczeltmeler m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Oysa \u00f6\u011frenme, hatan\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a konu\u015fulabildi\u011fi ve sistemsel olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortamlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.\\n\\nKurumsal hayat\u0131n h\u0131z bask\u0131s\u0131 da \u00f6\u011frenmenin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biridir. \u201cHemen \u00e7\u00f6zelim ve devam edelim\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, sorunlar\u0131n k\u00f6k nedenine inmeyi engeller. Problemler ge\u00e7ici olarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr, ancak yap\u0131sal olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bu da ayn\u0131 hatan\u0131n farkl\u0131 zamanlarda yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olur. Kurumlar asl\u0131nda ilerlemez; sadece ayn\u0131 d\u00f6ng\u00fcy\u00fc daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015far.\\n\\nBu noktada en b\u00fcy\u00fck yan\u0131lg\u0131lardan biri, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmenin \u00f6\u011frenme oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesidir. Oysa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sadece bir reaksiyondur. \u00d6\u011frenme ise daha derin bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm gerektirir. S\u00fcre\u00e7lerin yeniden tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131, karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n sorgulanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve gerekti\u011finde al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n terk edilmesini i\u00e7erir. Bu da kolay de\u011fil, ama kal\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.\\n\\nT\u00fcm bu s\u00fcrecin merkezinde ise liderlik vard\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ek liderlik, yaln\u0131zca do\u011fru kararlar\u0131 almak de\u011fil, organizasyonun nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fini \u015fekillendirmektir. Hatalar\u0131n \u00fczerini \u00f6rtmeyen, aksine onlar\u0131 bir geli\u015fim f\u0131rsat\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren liderler, kurumlar\u0131na s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir g\u00fc\u00e7 kazand\u0131r\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenme, tesad\u00fcfi de\u011fil, y\u00f6netilen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir.\\n\\nBug\u00fcn bir\u00e7ok \u015firket ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n nedenini d\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullarda arama e\u011filimindedir. Ekonomik dalgalanmalar, rekabet, piyasa belirsizlikleri\u2026 Oysa \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sorun d\u0131\u015far\u0131da de\u011fil, i\u00e7eridedir. \u00d6\u011frenmeyen sistemlerin i\u00e7inde sakl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenmeyen bir organizasyon i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck risk yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatalar de\u011fil, o hatalar\u0131 normalle\u015ftirmesidir.\\n\\nVe belki de sorulmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli soru \u015fudur: Bir kurum ger\u00e7ekten geli\u015fmek mi istiyor, yoksa sadece sorunlar\u0131 y\u00f6neterek yoluna devam etmek mi? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ger\u00e7ek d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, yeni stratejiler yazmakla de\u011fil, eski hatalar\u0131 tekrar etmemekle ba\u015flar. Bunun i\u00e7in de bilgi yeterli de\u011fildir; cesaret gerekir.
