Her lider, y\u00f6netti\u011fi grubun aynas\u0131nda \u015fekillenir; hatta \u00e7o\u011fu zaman fark\u0131nda olmadan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.\\n\\nBu noktada&nbsp;Carl Gustav Jung\u2019un yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunar. Jung\u2019a g\u00f6re insan sadece bilin\u00e7li kararlar\u0131ndan ibaret de\u011fildir. Davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131, fark\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7 dinamikler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilir. Bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f duygular, korkular, arzular ve kabul etmedi\u011fimiz y\u00f6nler\u2026 T\u00fcm bunlar \u201cbilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d dedi\u011fimiz alan\u0131n i\u00e7indedir. Ve bu alan, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fc\u00e7 ve ili\u015fki dinamiklerinin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu ortamlarda daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelir.\\n\\nLiderlik de tam olarak b\u00f6yle bir ortamd\u0131r.\\n\\nBir liderin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nleri kadar en k\u0131r\u0131lgan taraflar\u0131 da \u00e7o\u011fu zaman y\u00f6netti\u011fi grupla kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. \u0130taatk\u00e2r bir ekip, lideri zamanla daha otoriter hale getirebilir. S\u00fcrekli sorgulayan bir grup, lideri savunmac\u0131 bir pozisyona iter. Belirsizlikten rahats\u0131z olan bir organizasyon, lideri h\u0131zl\u0131 ve bazen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden karar almaya zorlar. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bilin\u00e7li de\u011fildir. Lider, kendini y\u00f6netiyor zannederken asl\u0131nda grubun psikolojik iklimine tepki veriyordur.\\n\\n\u0130\u015fte bu noktada \u015fu kritik ger\u00e7ek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar:\\nLider, sadece grubu y\u00f6netmez\u2026 ayn\u0131 zamanda grubun psikolojisini ta\u015f\u0131r.\\n\\nJung\u2019un \u201cg\u00f6lge\u201d kavram\u0131 burada merkezi bir rol oynar. G\u00f6lge, bireyin kabul etmedi\u011fi, bast\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00f6rmek istemedi\u011fi y\u00f6nlerini ifade eder. Her insan\u0131n bir g\u00f6lgesi vard\u0131r. Ancak g\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi bir lider i\u00e7in bu g\u00f6lge daha tehlikelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7, g\u00f6lgeyi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131labilir. \u00c7evredeki insanlar lidere ayna tutmazsa, lider kendi karanl\u0131k y\u00f6nleriyle y\u00fczle\u015femez.\\n\\nVe tam da bu y\u00fczden grup, liderin g\u00f6lgesini tetikleyen bir alan haline gelir.\\n\\n\u00d6rne\u011fin; kontrol ihtiyac\u0131 y\u00fcksek ama bunu fark etmeyen bir lider, zay\u0131f bir ekip kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda giderek daha bask\u0131c\u0131 hale gelebilir. Onaylanma ihtiyac\u0131 olan bir lider, ele\u015ftirel bir grup kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczle\u015febilir. G\u00fcvensizlik duygusu ta\u015f\u0131yan bir lider, belirsizlik ortam\u0131nda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 m\u00fcdahaleci olabilir. Bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri \u201ck\u00f6t\u00fc liderlik\u201d niyetiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Aksine, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman liderin bilin\u00e7d\u0131\u015f\u0131 dinamiklerinin tetiklenmesiyle olu\u015fur.\\n\\nBu durumun bir di\u011fer boyutu da \u201cyans\u0131tma\u201dd\u0131r (projection). Gruplar liderlerine sadece g\u00f6rev y\u00fcklemez; ayn\u0131 zamanda psikolojik beklentiler y\u00fckler. Lider, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sadece bir y\u00f6netici de\u011fil, bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 haline gelir. \u0130nsanlar ondan g\u00fcven bekler, y\u00f6n bekler, hata yapmamas\u0131n\u0131 bekler. \u201cBizi kurtar\u201d, \u201cbizi koru\u201d, \u201cbizi y\u00f6nlendir\u201d gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez talepler liderin \u00fczerine y\u0131\u011f\u0131l\u0131r.\\n\\nBu y\u00fck zamanla lideri bir role hapseder.\\n\\nVe rol b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e, insan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.\\n\\nLider art\u0131k kendi gibi davranamaz. Do\u011fal tepkiler yerini kontroll\u00fc davran\u0131\u015flara b\u0131rak\u0131r. Zay\u0131fl\u0131k g\u00f6stermek riskli hale gelir. Karars\u0131zl\u0131k, kabul edilemez bir durum olur. B\u00f6ylece lider, insan olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar ve bir pozisyonu temsil etmeye ba\u015flar. Bu durum d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7\u201d gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de i\u00e7eride ciddi bir kopu\u015f yarat\u0131r.\\n\\nEn tehlikeli k\u0131r\u0131lma ise geri bildirim mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131flamas\u0131yla ba\u015flar.\\n\\nG\u00fc\u00e7 artt\u0131k\u00e7a, liderin etraf\u0131ndaki insanlar ger\u00e7e\u011fi daha az s\u00f6yler. Filtrelenmi\u015f bilgiler, yumu\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ele\u015ftiriler ve geciktirilmi\u015f uyar\u0131lar\u2026 Zamanla lider, ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi do\u011frudan g\u00f6rmek yerine kendisine sunulan versiyonunu g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar. Bu durum Jung\u2019un perspektifinden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda son derece kritiktir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan, kendini ancak do\u011fru aynalarda g\u00f6rebilir. Aynalar bozuldu\u011funda, alg\u0131 da bozulur.\\n\\nVe lider, kendi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yank\u0131 odas\u0131nda karar almaya ba\u015flar.\\n\\nBu noktada liderli\u011fin ger\u00e7ek tan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fir.\\n\\nLiderlik art\u0131k sadece strateji kurmak, hedef koymak ya da sonu\u00e7 almak de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k prati\u011fidir. Kendi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131ma, tetikleyicilerini anlama ve grubun psikolojik etkisini okuyabilme becerisidir. Ger\u00e7ek lider, sadece d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyay\u0131 de\u011fil; kendi i\u00e7 dinamiklerini de y\u00f6netebilen ki\u015fidir.\\n\\nBu da \u015fu \u00fc\u00e7 temel kapasiteyi gerektirir:\\n\\nBirincisi, \u00f6z-fark\u0131ndal\u0131k. Lider, hangi durumlarda nas\u0131l tepki verdi\u011fini bilmeli, kendi g\u00f6lgesini tan\u0131yabilmelidir. \u0130kincisi, psikolojik okuma becerisi. Y\u00f6netti\u011fi grubun korkular\u0131n\u0131, motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 anlayabilmelidir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise s\u0131n\u0131r koyma kapasitesi. Grubun beklentilerini ta\u015f\u0131yabilmeli ama bu beklentilerin kendi kimli\u011fini \u015fekillendirmesine izin vermemelidir.\\n\\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc liderlik, sadece etki etmek de\u011fil\u2026 etkilenmeyi y\u00f6netebilmektir.\\n\\nBug\u00fcn\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bir\u00e7ok liderlik problemi, asl\u0131nda stratejik de\u011fil psikolojiktir. Yanl\u0131\u015f kararlar \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bilgi eksikli\u011finden de\u011fil; alg\u0131 bozulmas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, daha fazla kontrol mekanizmas\u0131 kurmak de\u011fil; daha fazla fark\u0131ndal\u0131k geli\u015ftirmektir.\\n\\nSonu\u00e7ta soru h\u00e2l\u00e2 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korur:\\nLider mi grubu \u015fekillendirir, yoksa grup mu lideri?\\n\\nCevap tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc de\u011fildir.
