Do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n t\u00fcketimine ek olarak ekonomik d\u00fczenin, kurumsal y\u00f6netimin ve bunlarla paralel olarak sosyal adaletin de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 gerekir.\\n\\nS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, tan\u0131m k\u0131sm\u0131nda bahsedildi\u011fi \u00fczere sadece \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlikten ibaret de\u011fildir. En az \u00e7evreci s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kadar \u00f6nemli olan ekonomik ve sosyal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik gibi kavramlar da mevcuttur.\\n\\n\u00c7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, en basit tan\u0131mla do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n etkin bir \u015fekilde, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc zihniyetten ari bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t veya ah\u015fap \u00fcretimi yapan bir firman\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 o alandaki reg\u00fclasyonlara uymas\u0131na, sosyal sorumluluk duygusuyla a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma yapmas\u0131na ve t\u00fcketim zincirini aksatmadan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretime y\u00f6nelmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ekonomik s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin ve istihdam\u0131n da yeterli seviyede olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.\\n\\nSosyal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik bireylerin e\u015fit \u015fekilde e\u011fitime eri\u015febilmesi, cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n benimsenmesi ve toplumun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla en ba\u015fta kendi i\u015fleri olumsuz etkilenecektir. \u00d6te yandan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin \u00f6neminin fark\u0131nda olan ve \u00fcretim yapan i\u015fletmelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer i\u015fletmeler, faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe \u00f6nem veren di\u011fer tedarik\u00e7ilerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Bunun sonucunda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi benimseyen i\u015fletmeler ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olurken di\u011ferleri piyasadan silinecektir.\\n\\nEkonomik s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik benimsendi\u011fi takdirde, \u015firketler b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedeflerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek, teknolojiye ve m\u00fc\u015fterilerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapacak ve bu sayede portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirecektir. K\u0131lavuzun amac\u0131, \u201cbanka faaliyetlerinin \u00e7evresel ve sosyal \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirli\u011fini, saydaml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve izlenebilirli\u011fini daha sistematik bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netmek\u201d olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f ve bu do\u011frultuda i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f etkilerin y\u00f6netimi, insan haklar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan haklar\u0131, ileti\u015fim, kurumsal y\u00f6netim, kapasite geli\u015ftirme ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik eylemlerinin izlenmesi ve raporlanmas\u0131 ilkeleri belirlenmi\u015ftir.
