Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi, \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u00f6nemsizle\u015fmesi, ekonomik ve yasal gereklilikler sebebiyle yap\u0131lan i\u015fin farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ihtiyac\u0131 liderli\u011finde \u015fekil de\u011fi\u015ftirmesine yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte yerel liderlik a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131ktayken s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n belirsizle\u015fmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve yap\u0131lan i\u015fin \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015fmas\u0131 sebebiyle k\u00fcresel liderlik \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bu yaz\u0131da \u00f6ncelikle, k\u00fcresel liderli\u011fin tan\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak, sonras\u0131nda k\u00fcresel liderli\u011fin \u00f6zelliklerinden ve \u00f6neminden bahsedilecek ve ard\u0131ndan k\u00fcresel liderli\u011fin nas\u0131l elde edilebilece\u011fi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.\\n\\nK\u00fcresel liderlik, liderli\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yani di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fayan, \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip insanlara uluslararas\u0131 anlamda \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmek, \u00e7ok uluslulu\u011fun getirdi\u011fi farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131, gelenekler, k\u00fclt\u00fcrler ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rmektir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; merkezi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de olan bir bankan\u0131n, di\u011fer \u00fclkelerdeki \u015fubelerinin y\u00f6neticilerine ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmesi ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 a\u015fan bu ili\u015fkiyi iyi y\u00f6netebilmesi \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin k\u00fcresel liderlik seviyesinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ki\u015filerden hissedarlar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndaki zamansal, co\u011frafi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmalar\u0131 ve kurumsal yap\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011fini, etkile\u015fimi ve ileti\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 beklenir.\\n\\nK\u00fcresel liderlik \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerde faaliyet g\u00f6stermeyi gerektirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uluslulu\u011fun y\u00f6netim s\u00fcrecinde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir tak\u0131m zorluklar mevcuttur. Bu zorluklar aras\u0131nda, co\u011frafi uzakl\u0131k, saat farklar\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fik k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere sahip olma, ileti\u015fim i\u00e7in teknolojiden faydalanma ve her \u00fclkenin teknolojiye eri\u015fim d\u00fczeyinin farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131, yasal farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ve kurumsal organizasyon \u015femalar\u0131n\u0131n birbirinden farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131 g\u00f6sterilebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu zorluklar\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in liderlerin birtak\u0131m \u00f6zelliklere sahip olmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00c7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc ve mesafeli ortamlarda i\u015flerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu fiziksel olarak de\u011fil de internet, telefon ve benzeri haberle\u015fme kanallar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011finden k\u00fcresel liderlik teknolojiyi etkin bir bi\u00e7imde kullanmay\u0131 gerektirir. Bu da ileti\u015fim ve koordinasyon becerilerine h\u00e2kim olmay\u0131 mecbur k\u0131lar. Bu hem birbiriyle bir arada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan ve farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerde yer alan ekiplere \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilmesinin, hem de de\u011fi\u015fik kurumsal yap\u0131lanmalar aras\u0131ndaki bo\u015flu\u011fun kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir gere\u011fidir. Ayr\u0131ca, saat farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve \u00fclkesel altyap\u0131lar de\u011fi\u015fime, farkl\u0131l\u0131klara ve yeniliklere h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili bir \u015fekilde ayak uydurmay\u0131 zorunlu bir unsur olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla k\u00fcresel liderlerin yeniliklere ve kendilerini geli\u015ftirmeye a\u00e7\u0131k olmalar\u0131 gerekir.\\n\\nB\u00fcy\u00fck ekiplere \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmek, \u00e7e\u015fitli zorluklar\u0131 da beraberinde getirece\u011finden k\u00fcresel liderlerin psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k seviyelerinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n oldu\u011fu global \u00e7er\u00e7evede, k\u00fcresel liderler farkl\u0131 beklentilere sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n beklentilerine \u015firketin k\u00fcresel politikalar\u0131na uygun olarak cevap verebilmelidir. Bu da farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 anlamay\u0131, zorluklar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda pes etmemeyi ve zorluklardan ders \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p ilerlemeyi gerektirir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; finans d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda krizler ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Krizler, k\u00fcresel olabilece\u011fi gibi yerel d\u00fczeyde de olabilmektedir. \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fubesinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerel bir krizde, k\u00fcresel lider kriz ya\u015fayan \u00fclkedeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n beklentilerini iyi tayin edebilmeli, empati kurabilmeli ve \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 en aza indirgemeyi ba\u015farabilmelidir. Bu da evrensel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip olma ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir.\\n\\nK\u00fcresel liderlik, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da pop\u00fcler h\u00e2le gelmektedir. Operasyonlar\u0131 etkin bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netmek, farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerdeki farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri anlayabilmek, \u015firket stratejilerini buna g\u00f6re belirlemek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, b\u00fcy\u00fck bankalar\u0131n Arap co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki \u015fubeleri \u0130slami finansman y\u00f6ntemine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verirken Amerika\u2019daki \u015fubeleri mortgage y\u00f6ntemine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verebilmektedir. Ancak bu \u015fubelerin bir de global liderleri vard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu liderlerin, de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fubeleri entegre etmeleri, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 en aza indirgemenin yollar\u0131n\u0131 bulmalar\u0131 gerekir. Bunun yan\u0131nda, farkl\u0131l\u0131klardan do\u011facak sinerjiyi g\u00f6rebilmek, bunu finansal ve di\u011fer avantajlara \u00e7evirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Yaln\u0131zca bunu ba\u015fard\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde global \u00e7apta etkili bir lider olarak an\u0131lacaklard\u0131r.\\n\\nYap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re k\u00fcresel liderlerin farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 belirlemede ve gidermede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu, gelece\u011fin liderlerini yeti\u015ftirmeye zaman ve emek harcad\u0131klar\u0131, esnek olduklar\u0131, dengeyi koruduklar\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip olduklar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6rmek en ba\u015fta kendi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 empati yoluyla ba\u015fka k\u00fclt\u00fcrler nezdinde de\u011ferlendirmeyi gerektirir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc herkes \u00f6ncelikle kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn penceresinden davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla davran\u0131\u015flar geni\u015f bir perspektiften yorumlanmal\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar yad\u0131rganmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Yaln\u0131zca bu \u015fekilde sadece kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze de\u011fil, di\u011fer k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere de liderlik etmeyi \u00f6\u011freniriz. \u00d6rnek vermek gerekirse her k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn harcama, birikim yapma ve bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 geri \u00f6deme davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. ABD\u2019de maa\u015f \u00e7ekleri ile \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131rken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu yayg\u0131n bir uygulama de\u011fildir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla k\u00fcresel liderlik yetkinlikleri olan bir liderin ABD\u2019deki i\u015f hayat\u0131na dair birtak\u0131m i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fclere sahip olmas\u0131 gerekir ki bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri etkili bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netebilsin.\\n\\n\u00dclkeler aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn etkisini yitirdi\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ek. Bunun sebepleri aras\u0131nda teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi, yeni y\u00f6netim modellerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 \u015fubeler aras\u0131nda global entegrasyonun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi unsurlar mevcut. Bu geli\u015fmelere g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs gerebilmek ise k\u00fcresel liderlik yetkinliklerinin edinilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri anlayan, b\u00f6lgesel politikalar geli\u015ftirebilen, \u00e7e\u015fitli ekiplere global bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6nderlik edebilen bir lider, gelece\u011fe kalacak etkili bir liderdir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticiler i\u00e7in bu yetkinli\u011fin geli\u015ftirilmesi, d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin kurumsal hayatta ve \u00f6zellikle k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011fu finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da \u00f6nemli h\u00e2le
