Daha \u00e7ok biyoloji dersinde g\u00f6rmeye a\u015fina oldu\u011fumuz bu terim, sadece evrimsel s\u00fcre\u00e7te de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015f hayat\u0131nda da kendisini g\u00f6sterir. D\u00fcnya genelinde banka \u015fubelerinin y\u0131l ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e azalmas\u0131 ve alternatif da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m kanallar\u0131na y\u00f6nelinmesi bize bunu \u00e7ok net g\u00f6stermektedir. \u015e\u00f6yle ki, T\u00fcrkiye Bankalar Birli\u011fi verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 6500 banka \u015fubesi varken, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde bu say\u0131 9000\u2019e yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, 2017\u2019de 11.564 olmu\u015f ve 8 \u015eubat 2021 itibariyle 9867\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu yetkinlikleri kuvvetli liderler, de\u011fi\u015fimden \u00e7ok az etkilenirken ve hatta \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n k\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131rken, klasik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye sahip olan, \u00f6nlem almayan ve g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtarma derdinde olan i\u015fletmeler mali a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7ok zorluklar \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. \u00d6yle ki a\u00e7\u0131klanan istatistiki bilgilere g\u00f6re bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletme pandemi d\u00f6neminde iflas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\\n\\n9 May\u0131s 2019 tarihinde \u0130ngiltere\u2019de \u201cZihinsel esneklik ve liderlik\u201d konu ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir etkinlik d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. D\u00fczenlenen konferansta liderlerin sadece belirli zorluktaki konulara odaklanmas\u0131 yerine, resme b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla yakla\u015farak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yetkinliklerini de g\u00f6zeterek vizyonlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmesi gerekti\u011fi yorumu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
