Bir \u015feyi, yerinde kullanmamak, l\u00e2y\u0131k olmayan yere koymak. Bu da ancak bel\u00e2ya kaynak olur.\u201d Demi\u015f Rumi. Adalet, \u201cyap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekeni yapmak\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan zulme g\u00f6z yummamakt\u0131r bir bak\u0131ma. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, yap\u0131lan i\u015f i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan yolda niyet de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Hakl\u0131y\u0131 haks\u0131zdan ay\u0131rmak, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc korumak, hak edene hakk\u0131ndan az ya da \u00e7ok vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nmak adaletin kapsam\u0131 alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Adaleti birka\u00e7 kural dizisi olarak g\u00f6rmek do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Kelimenin tam anlam\u0131yla \u00f6z\u00fcmsenmeli ve gerekti\u011fi yerde \u201cadil davran\u0131yor muyum, bana yap\u0131lan adil mi?\u201d \u015feklindeki sorgulamalardan \u00e7ekinilmemelidir.\\n\\nAdalet, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 gibi rekabetin had safhada oldu\u011fu ortamlarda d\u00fczen ve g\u00fcvenin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan korunmas\u0131 gereken erdemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. \u0130\u015fletmenin boyutuna bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n y\u00f6neticiler, y\u00f6netilenlerin adil \u015fartlara tabii tutuldu\u011fundan emin olmal\u0131d\u0131r ve nepotizm gibi ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 uygulamalara yer vermemelidirler.\\n\\nPeki adalet g\u00f6stergeleri nelerdir? Devletin koydu\u011fu hukuk kanunlar\u0131 toplum i\u00e7i g\u00fcven ve huzuru sa\u011flamaya dayal\u0131yken kurumlar da i\u00e7 denge ve g\u00fcveni korumak i\u00e7in kendi ilke ve kurallar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015ftururlar. Bulundu\u011fumuz ortama g\u00f6re bu g\u00f6stergeler birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u015fekiller alabilirler fakat altlar\u0131nda yatan istek her zaman ayn\u0131d\u0131r: g\u00fcven, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ve memnuniyeti korumak. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki g\u00f6stergeler ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n memnuniyeti, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcven ortam\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve kurallar\u0131 uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00f6zel muameleden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Olay ve olgulara tek bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla yakla\u015fmak, empati kuramamak adil olabilmenin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerdendir. Bu durumda y\u00f6neticilere, duygusal fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazan\u0131p kendilerinin ve etraf\u0131ndakilerin duygular\u0131n\u0131 anlayarak harekete ge\u00e7me konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.\\n\\nAdalet, y\u00f6neticilerin ve karar vericilerin tekelinde olan bir nitelik de\u011fildir. Kendi hayat\u0131m\u0131zda oldu\u011fu kadar i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz ortamlarda y\u00f6netilen de olsak adaleti sa\u011flamaktan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcy\u00fcz. Y\u00f6neticilerin adaletsiz davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z anlarda susup durumu kabullenmemeliyiz. Bilakis bize verilen haklar ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hakl\u0131 buldu\u011fumuzu savunmak, haks\u0131z buldu\u011fumuzu ele\u015ftirmek ve en \u00f6nemlisi hi\u00e7bir adaletsizli\u011fe sessiz kalmamak bu konuda atabilece\u011fimiz en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131md\u0131r.\\n\\n\u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda y\u00f6neticiler ve y\u00f6netilenler i\u00e7in de bu durum farks\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve i\u015fverenler aras\u0131nda g\u00fcven sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan adaleti korumak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Karar verilme s\u00fcrecinin her basama\u011f\u0131nda adil olunup olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r: kararlar al\u0131n\u0131rken, uygulan\u0131rken ve denetlenirken s\u00fcrekli bir de\u011ferlendirme a\u015famas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7melidir. \u0130\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn adil yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f sonras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana hak etti\u011fi maddi ve\/veya manevi te\u015fvi\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, sorumluluklar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n gereksinim ve ki\u015fisel becerileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak payla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Elimizde yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir \u201cadalet listesi\u201d olmasa ve biz bu listenin \u201ccheckbox\u201dlar\u0131n\u0131 her g\u00fcn doldurmak zorunda olmasak bile erdemlerimizi rekabet\u00e7i i\u015f ortamlar\u0131 gibi zorlay\u0131c\u0131 durumlarda bile korumada mutlaka \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Ne de olsa insan\u0131 insan yapan bu gibi zorlu durumlarda insani de\u011ferlerine sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p iradesini koruyabilmesidir.\\n\\n\u015eirketler ve y\u00f6neticiler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na adil bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sunmal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel arka plan, cinsiyet, k\u0131dem gibi etiketlere bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar sunulmal\u0131 ve ayr\u0131m yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 i\u015f unvan\u0131 alt\u0131nda ve ayn\u0131 i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenen kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara, erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan az maa\u015f verilmesi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de halen rastlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ya\u015fanan adaletsizliklerin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6rneklerinden biridir.\\n\\nBu gibi adaletsizliklere sessiz kalmamak da bizim sorumlulu\u011fumuzdad\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sadece kurum \u00f6zelinde yap\u0131lan bir adaletsizlik de\u011fil, insanl\u0131k genelinde a\u015fmam\u0131z gereken bir sorundur. Cinsiyet, din, dil, \u0131rk gibi \u00f6zellikler i\u015f hayat\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere hayat\u0131n hi\u00e7bir alan\u0131nda d\u0131\u015flanmaya s\u00fcr\u00fckleyici etken olmamal\u0131 ve f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7memelidir. Zira her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yasalara ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r ve i\u015f ortam\u0131nda bu t\u00fcr ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klara f\u0131rsat verilmemelidir. \u0130\u015fletmenin boyutu ne olursa olsun bir i\u015f eti\u011fi politikas\u0131 izlenmeli ve bu politikan\u0131n ihlal edilip adil davran\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde derhal konu \u015firket y\u00f6neticileriyle payla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc adalet, y\u00f6netici veya y\u00f6netilen farketmeksizin hi\u00e7bir insan\u0131n feragat edemeyece\u011fi bir olgudur.\\n\\nBir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan adaletsizli\u011fe u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ise yetersiz hissetme, \u00e7aresizlik, gerginlik, mutsuzluk, hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok olumsuz duyguyla ba\u015f etmek zorunda kalacakt\u0131r. Bu durum ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma performans\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekle kalmay\u0131p \u00e7evresindeki insanlarla olan ileti\u015fimini de yaralar. Bunlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in aradaki g\u00fcven k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc korumak ve yeri geldi\u011finde bu konuda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler alarak memnuniyetin korundu\u011fundan emin olmak olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir.\\n\\n\u0130\u015f ortam\u0131nda karar vericiler kendilerine verilen yetkilerin etkisine kap\u0131larak \u201cben yapt\u0131m oldu\u201d zihniyetiyle karar almaya ba\u015flarlarsa i\u015fyerinde motivasyon d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya\u015fanacak ve bundan sonra gelecek b\u00fct\u00fcn problemlerin alt\u0131nda yatan temel sebeplerden biri bu zihniyet olacakt\u0131r. Adalet terazisi bir tarafta a\u011f\u0131r basan bir i\u015fletmenin gelece\u011fi hakk\u0131nda pek olumlu yorum yap\u0131lamayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar bu adaletsizli\u011fin fark\u0131na vard\u0131klar\u0131nda ya\u015fayacaklar\u0131 olumsuz duygular motivasyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalara sebebiyet vererek uzun vadede i\u015fyerinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi olduk\u00e7a zor problemlerin temelini olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r.\\n\\nY\u00f6neticiler belirlenen ilkelere uygun hareket etmeli ve kim i\u00e7in olursa olsun taviz vermemelidir. Hak edeni hakk\u0131ndan mahrum etmemek, te\u015fviklendirmek, k\u0131sacas\u0131 gere\u011fine uygun davranmak bu ilkelerin i\u015fleyi\u015finde kritik noktad\u0131r. Adalet i\u00e7in \u00e7izilen \u00e7izgi ise tam olarak burada ba\u015flar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 takdir edip yeterince \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan rencide olmas\u0131n diye yokmu\u015f gibi davranmak y\u00f6neticili\u011fin adil oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermez. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmayan\u0131 gerekli \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya te\u015fvik etmek, i\u015fyerinde \u00e7\u0131kan herhangi bir karma\u015fada an\u0131nda m\u00fcdahale ederek e\u015fitsizlik \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7enleri tespit edebilmek, adam kay\u0131rma ve grup\u00e7ulu\u011fa izin vermemek, gerekti\u011fi yerde ceza ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmeyi uygulamak g\u00f6sterir y\u00f6neticili\u011fin ne kadar adil oldu\u011funu.\\n\\nSonu\u00e7 olarak adalet, toplumun en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kurumu olan aileden tutun da i\u015f hayat\u0131na kadar her alanda korunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Otorite g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn kendisini k\u00f6r etmesine izin vermeyen y\u00f6neticiler hak ve hukuk aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bizi ileri ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 gereken y\u00f6neticilerdir. Burada karar vericiler ve y\u00f6neticilere \u00e7ok fazla i\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyormu\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de kurumun her bir ferdine \u201cadaletsizlik kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda susmamak\u201d ve \u201chakk\u0131n\u0131 arama\u201d g\u00f6revi d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Adaletin sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda susan ve hakk\u0131n\u0131 aramayan her ki\u015fi adaletsizli\u011fe katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor demektir. Bu adaletsizlik insanlar sesini \u00e7\u0131karmad\u0131k\u00e7a zaman i\u00e7erisinde daha b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlara gelecek ve insanlar konu\u015fmaktan korkar hale gelecektir. Bu k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fcy\u00fc k\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00fcst\u00fcm\u00fcze d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revi yapmal\u0131, adaleti y\u00f6neticilerin tekelinde olan bir olgu olarak nitelendirmemeliyiz. Manip\u00fcle edilmeye, haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7i\u011fnenmesine, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel arka plan\u0131m\u0131z gibi kontrol edemedi\u011fimiz etkenler sebebiyle farkl\u0131 muamele g\u00f6rmeye kar\u015f\u0131 dimdik ayakta durmal\u0131y\u0131z. Adaletsizlik kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sesimizi duyurmal\u0131, her bir birey i\u00e7in e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar yarat\u0131lana kadar m\u00fccadelemize devam
